NICHD Career Transition Award (K22): - The overall goals of this program are to develop the next generation of exceptionally talented new scientists who are committed to a career in biomedical or behavioral research in areas within the mission of the NICHD, by providing such individuals with research training in the NICHD Division of Intramural Research (DIR), and to facilitate their successful transition to an extramural environment as independent researchers.
