NIJ FY17 Research on Bias Crimes: NIJ is seeking research and evaluation related to bias crime perpetration and victimization. For this solicitation, NIJ is interested in research that 1) explores the characteristics and motivations of offenders, including pathways to bias-motivated criminal behavior; and 2) evaluates interventions with victims of bias crimes or individuals who commit hate crimes.
