NLM Knowledge Management and Applied Informatics grants are offered to help organizations use information technology to optimize the utility of clinical and research information. -Mechanism of Support. This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) will utilize the G08 grant mechanism. -Funds Available and Anticipated Number of Awards. NLM anticipates making 8-10 new awards each year, spending approximately $4 million per year to support new awards in this program.
