Grant Description: Department of the Interior Manual Chapter 505 Section 2 establishes criteria for awarding single source cooperative agreements and grants. This award will be made in accordance with those criteria. The recipient is receiving funds to conduct business related to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of which the United States is a party. The recipient is the only organization authorized to conduct this work and therefore the single source determination is based on the organizations unique qualifications.
