NOTICE OF INTENT: Native Plant Community Restoration of Bryce Canyon National Park: A. Project Goals â¿¿ This project will provide youth a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in restoring and preserving diverse native plant communities of the natural areas within Bryce Canyon National Park. B. Project Objectives â¿¿ This project will seek to accomplish the following objectives: 1. Reduce the relative cover of invasive exotic species in natural areas. 2. Improve habitat and forage for wildlife by reducing encroaching woody species from grassland meadows. 3. Re-establish native plant species in areas disturbed by facilities improvement projects. 4. Improve the natural landscape in and around visitor use areas by reducing visitor impacts to soils and native vegetation and re-establishing native plant species.
