SAM is a web-based, government-wide application that collects, validates, stores, and disseminates business information about the federal government's trading partners in support of the contract awards, grants, and electronic payment processes. Notice of Funding Opportunity Summary Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Vermont is requesting applications to provide geospatial services for technical assistance. a. This includes preparation, UAV usage, data download and processing. b. Support the Vermont Association of Conservation Districts and NRCS staff through the development, training and deployment of mobile tools as part of the NRCS Mobile Tool initiative.
