This program addresses the "Healthy People 2010" focus areas of: 21-1 Reduce the proportion of children and adolescents who have dental caries experience in their primary or permanent teeth. 21-2 Reduce the proportion of children, adolescents, and adults with untreated dental decay. 21-10 Increase the proportion of children and adults who use the oral health care system each year.
