Therefore, applications may be submitted by: o national, public and private nonprofit and o faith-based organizations that have the capacity and ability to conduct nationwide programs and activities related to cancer control and the promotion of health education, awareness, and information dissemination.

- Purpose: This program will assist national organizations to develop, enhance and coordinate cancer prevention and control activities for individuals who may be underserved, uninsured or underinsured, at risk, or of racial/ethnic minorities.
