National Tribal Toxics Council (NTTC) Technical Support: EPA’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) is soliciting applications from eligible applicants (see Section III A.) to provide technical support to the National Tribal Toxics Council (NTTC) in order to: 1) Represent tribal interests in the development and implementation of chemical risk assessment, risk management and pollution prevention programs; and, 2) Facilitate tribal cooperation with EPA in resolving associated issues. The successful applicant will: 1) Assist federally-recognized tribes, Native Alaskan Villages and intertribal organizations in selecting and maintaining, a geographically diverse membership with a diversity of relevant and technical expertise in the NTTC; 2) Assist the NTTC in maintaining a viable charter that covers activities eligible for EPA funding; and, 3) Provide professional support and participant support costs to the NTTC in the conduct of its meetings and other activities
