Eligible Applicants: An IHE that qualifies as an eligible institution under the ANNH programs may apply for grants under this notice. At the time of application, a Native Hawaiian-Serving Institution must have an enrollment of undergraduate students that is at least 10 percent Native Hawaiian. This program is authorized by Title III, Part A of the HEA. To qualify as an eligible institution (see section 312(b) of the HEA), an institution must, among other requirements--
