Native Wind River sauger limiting factor analysis and population conservation: A) Administer and contract rapid and population level genetic analysis during Wind River sauger spawning operations to maintain the genetic integrity of this stock of fish.
B) Administer and contract otolith micro-chemistry analysis to monitor the potential impact of sauger stocking in the Wind River Basin.
C) Administer and contract stable isotope analysis to determine natal origin of sauger captured on the spawning grounds.
D) Provide progress and financial reports as required under the agreement.
