Native Youth Community Adaptation Leadership Congress - Amendment: This is notification of an amendment to an existing award. The Service has an existing cooperative agreement with the New Mexico Wildlife Federation to provide logistical support for the NYCALC event. This includes assisting participants in making and securing travel arrangements. The number of participants for the NYCALC have exceeded original estimates. This amendment augments the existing agreement to support the travel needs of the additional students and chaperons. Amendment to this award is made under the authority of the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended by the Fish and Wildlife Improvement Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 742a-754j2), as amended.
