Grant Description: Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the full proposal due date as highlighted in yellow in the attached revised DARPA-BAA-11-09. Original Synopsis below. DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of enhancements to Near-Junction Thermal Transport (NJTT) in high-power electronic devices. Proposed research should investigate innovative thermal management approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems.
