Neoantigen-Based Therapeutic Targeting of Head and Neck Cancers (R01): The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to support basic and preclinical research aimed at developing novel immunotherapeutic targets for head and neck cancers (HNC), including salivary gland cancers. Research supported by this FOA will identify human HNC-specific neoantigens, and will test the utility of these neoantigens as targets for eliciting anti-tumor immune responses in affected patient populations.
