- EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The New Hampshire State office of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) requests applications for Grazing Lands Technical Assistance that will complement and enhance existing conservation programs. The Conservation Technical Assistance Grazing Lands Conservation Initiative (GLCI) is a nationwide collaborative process of individuals and organizations working together to maintain and improve the management, productivity, and health of the Nation's privately owned grazing land. Applications are requested from eligible government or non-government organizations or individuals within the State of New Hampshire for competitive consideration of awards for projects which need to be completed by December 31, 2007. This notice identifies the objectives for GLCI projects, the eligibility criteria for projects and associated instructions needed to apply for GLCI funds.
