- This is a notice of intent only. The NPS seeks to continue its work with NMT (and National Cave and Karst Research Institute) and the Executive Director to support the Institute thereby enabling it to hire support staff for the Executive Director and Institute and assist the Institute in carrying out the pourposes under the enabling Act, and the Institute's Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. Through this Task Agreement, the NPS is fullfilling its statutory duty to support the Institute.
