Niagara Falls National Heritage Area Management Plan Implementation: This is NOT a request for applications; this is an announcement that an award has already been designated for Niagara Falls National Heritage Area, Inc.for their work as they: 1. Provide staff for project management and implementation of the Niagara Falls NHA Management Plan. Projects that are presently underway include, but are not limited to, are the NFNHA website, Junior Ranger development, map development, and quality standards development. 2. Develop a comprehensive network of partners within the heritage area and in adjacent counties to support and implement the management plan. 3. Dedicate NFNHAI staff to implement the projects outlined in Attachment A – Work Plan and Budget as well as additional efforts that serve to help implement the diverse programs, activities, and projects necessary for achieving NHA purposes as described in the objectives of the agreement. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.
