Non-Volatile Logic (NV Logic): DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of Non-Volatile Logic technologies. The goal of this program is to develop a complete library of logic elements/building blocks that perform logical functions by exploiting new computational state variables such as magnetization and which can retain their state when power is removed. The NV Logic program is expected to enable a new computational paradigm based on the technologies developed in this program. See Full DARPA-BAA-10-42 attached.
