Notice of Intent: Implementation of the Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area Management Plan: The Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area (MPNHA) was established through the National Heritage Ares Act of 2006, Public Law No. 109-338, 120 Stat. 1738 (hereinafter ⿿Act⿝) which directs the Secretary of the Interior (hereinafter ⿿Secretary⿝) to provide financial assistance to the heritage area⿿s management entity, Utah Heritage Highway 89 Alliance (hereafter ⿿Alliance⿝), a Utah nonprofit. This cooperative agreement is the required assistance instrument.
