Notice of Intent: Produce and Televise Memorial Day and Independence Day Programs Featuring the National Symphony Orchestra on the West Lawn of the United States Capitol: Master Cooperative Agreement Number P13AC00130 was entered into by and between the Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS), and Capital Concerts, Inc. for the purpose of producing and televising Memorial Day and Independence Day programs featuring the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) on the West Lawn of the United States Capitol. Unless otherwise specified herein, the terms and conditions as stated in the Cooperative Agreement will apply to this Task Agreement.

The 2016 Task Agreement will produce and televise the 2016 Memorial Day and Independence Day programs featuring the National Symphony Orchestra on the West Lawn of the United States Capitol. This project assists in promotion of the publicâ¿¿s understanding of our cultural heritage on the grounds of a local partnerâ¿¿s West Lawn. Capital Concerts, Inc. will supervise all affairs related to television production and concert presentation.
