Notice of Intent: Southern California Earthquake Center (SCEC): Notice of Intent to Award a Cooperative Agreement to the University of California in support of the project entitled "Southern California Earthquake Center". The project objectives include: (1) Modeling the Fault System, (2) Understanding Earthquake Processes, (3) Characterizing Seismic Hazards, and (4) Reducing Seismic Risk.
