Notice of Intent: The National Symphony Orchestra Labor Day Capitol Concert: Cooperative Agreement Number P13AC00441 was entered into by and between the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, (NPS), and the National Symphony Orchestra (NSOA) for the purpose of ensuring that the National Symphony Orchestra (Orchestra) will appear and play at the Memorial Day and Independence Day concerts and that the NSOA will produce and the Orchestra will appear and play at the Labor Day concerts. Unless otherwise specified herein, the terms and conditions as stated in the Cooperative Agreement will apply to this Task Agreement.

NSOA will ensure that the Orchestra will perform at the Labor Day concert on the West Lawn of the United States Capitol as detailed in the Cooperative Agreement. NSOA will also produce the Labor Day concert. This project assists in the promotion of the publicâ¿¿s understanding of our cultural heritage on the grounds of a local partnerâ¿¿s (Architect of the Capitol) West Lawn.
