- A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD is issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Water Education Foundation according to 505 DM 2.14 B(4)[see attached NOI]. No competition is expected. No substantial involvement on the part of the Service is anticipated for the successful completion of the objectives to be funded. It is anticipated that the Service's involvement will consist of standard Federal stewardship responsibilities, such as monitoring project performance, technical assistance at the request of the recipient, etc. The purpose of this project is to update and expand upon the documentary video that was produced in 2000. The documentary video will be produced and be made available to local public television stations and be posted on KlamathRestoration.gov.
