- A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD is issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of Duck Valley Indian Reservation according to 505 DM 2.14 B(4) [see attached NOI). No competition is expected. The purpose of this project is to prevent the spread of quagga mussels and other harmful invasive species into the Columbia River Basin and Wild Horse Reservoir. The Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of Duck Valley, in partnership with the Bureau of Reclamation, will provide watercraft inspection, decontamination equipment, and staff support.
