- This is single source award to Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site Foundation, a non-profit entity. The Act of November 2, 1966, Public Law 89-708, (80 Stat. 1101), as amended by Title VIII of Public Law 96-607, enacted December 28, 1980 directs that the Secretary of the Interior shall enter into cooperative agreements with the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site Foundation for the operation, maintenance, management, development, and interpretation of the SITE.
