This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. This is a single source award to Thomas Cole Historic House.

Additional Information on Eligibility
Single source award to Thomas Cole Historic House, a nonprofit having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Public Law 106-146 Thomas Cole National Historic Site Act authorizes the Secretary to enter into cooperative agreements with the: 1) Greene County Historical Society to preserve the site and to assist with educational programs, and research and interpretation, and 2) the State of New York, the Society, the Thomas Cole Foundation, and 3) other public and private entities to facilitate public understanding and enjoyment of the lives and works of Hudson River artists. The entity known as Thomas Cole Historic House was formed under the Greene County Historical Society, and has since separated from that organization and obtained 501(c)3 status from the IRS. Thomas Cole Historic House obtained legal ownership of the site from Greene County Historical Society in 2010.
