Notice of Intent to Award: Wyoming State Forestry Division for BLM-WY, Wyoming Good Neighbor Agreement: Notice of Intent to Award: This funding announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is in accordance with Department of Interior, Department Manual 505 DM, at 2.12 and 2.14 and it is being issued to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management's intent to award to award a Cooperative Agreement to the Wyoming State Forestry Division in support of the project entitled: BLM-WY, Wyoming Good Neighbor Agreement. The primary purpose of this project is to support authorized restoration services which include: treatment of insect and disease infected trees, hazardous fuels reduction, or any other activities to restore or improve forest, rangeland, and watershed health, including fish and wildlife habitat, under the legislative authority of the Good Neighbor Authority (GNA), Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014 PL 113-76 and the Agricultural Act of 2014 PL 113-79, 16 USC §2113a.
