Nuclear Explosion Monitoring Research Engineering: This is a Notice of Interest (that is in Attachment #1 below) for the Nuclear Explosion Monitoring Research Engineering (NEM R E) program. Proposers should not submit a proposal in response to this Notice of Interest, but may submit a proposal after release of the solicitation (DE-SC52-05AN26703), at a later date. Nuclear Explosion Monitoring Research Engineering - The DOE/NNSA, the Air Force Research Lab, and the Army Space Missile Defense Command will be jointly soliciting proposals for this program and awards are anticipated by all three; awards will either be a Cooperative Agreement (Financial Assistance) or a FAR Contract; to be determined by the three agencies noted above).
