Nutrient Management Plan Services: PROVIDE NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT PLAN SERVICES: Oklahoma NRCS is seeking planning and technical services to provide development of Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans (CNMP) and development of Animal Waste Management Plans (AWMP) for livestock facilities. The recipient will provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to develop CNMP?s and AWMP?s as needed by Oklahoma NRCS clients.Nutrient management plans will be developed following procedures described in the National Planning Procedures Handbook located at http://www.nrcs.usda.gov/programs/afo/cnmp_guide_index.html. Written plans and specifications shall be provided to the NRCS that adequately describes the requirements to install the practices and obtain necessary permits. All plan maps and all digital data used to develop plan maps/photographs will be in UTM NAD83 projection. All digital data will be developed using GPS within 20 feet of true ground position. Digital data files and maps will be provided to NRCS in addition to paper products. Generally, work will be divided in three areas. The Northeast bordered by Interstate 35 and 40; the Southeast bordered by Interstate 35 and 40; and the West half of the state bordered by Interstate 35. One or more cooperative agreements may be awarded from this announcement. Awards are subject to the availability of funds. Cooperative agreements have been determined to be the appropriate funding instrument because NRCS anticipates being substantially involved in carrying out the work covered by the resulting cooperative agreement(s).
