Additional Information on Eligibility: OJJDP invites applications from public agencies (including state agencies, units of local government, public universities and colleges, and tribal governments) and private organizations (including secular and faith-based nonprofit organizations). Joint applications from two or more eligible applicants are welcome; however, one applicant must be clearly indicated as the primary applicant (for correspondence, award, and management purposes) and the others indicated as co-applicants. Eligible organizations and collaboratives must show evidence of operation for at least 1 year.
Grant Description: The purpose of this program is to foster innovations and advancements in juvenile justice related practice at the local, state, and tribal government levels as part of OJJDPs overall effort to support programs that enhance juvenile justice and delinquency prevention.
