OJJDP FY 2010 Missing and Exploited Children National Training and Technical Assistance Program: Through this program, OJJDP seeks to identify a training provider to develop and implement training on effective responses to child victimization cases for state and local law enforcement, child protection personnel, prosecutors, medical providers, and child advocacy center professionals. Authorized by the Missing Children=s Assistance Act of 1984 and Title IV of the Juvenile Delinquency and Prevention Act of 1974, as amended, the Missing and Exploited Children Program is the primary vehicle for building an infrastructure to support the national effort to prevent the abduction and exploitation of our nation's children.
