O'Sullivan's Island Fishing and Viewing Platform: THIS IS NOTICE INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a single-source financial assistance agreement as authorized by 505 DM 2.14(B)(4). This funding opportunity is a notice of intent to award a single source agreement to Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments(NVCOG)to help meet the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the purpose of constructing a fishing and viewing platform along the Housatonic River on O'Sullivan's Island in the town of Derby, Connecticut. This single-source FWS award number will be awarded under CFDA 15.658. Funds under this award will be used to construct recreational amenities along the Housatonic River in Derby, CT.
