OVC FY 14 Victim Assistance Professional Development Program-Vision 21 Legal Assistance Fellowship: This competitive solicitation will fund one fellowship of up to $140,000 to undertake activities on issues emanating from the findings and recommendations in the Vision 21: Transforming Victim Services Final Report. The Vision 21 Legal Assistance Fellow will work on a range of issues and efforts to build capacity for the provision of free legal assistance to victims of crime, and will support OVC’s work to develop evidence-based training, technical assistance, and models for programs and practices that build organizational and service provider capacity in this area. This solicitation is open only to attorneys. Those applying are urged to begin in advance of the May 8, 2014, deadline.
