Grant Description
OVC will award one grant to plan an event to coincide with the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims on September 25, 2010. The grantee will also prepare resource packets containing technical assistance materials for victim service providers and allied professionals to better assist surviving family members of homicide victims. The grantee will develop a marketing and dissemination plan to disseminate the resource packets throughout the nation.
