Eligible Applicants: Academic departments of institutions of higher education that meet the requirements in 34 CFR 648.2. Cost Sharing or Matching: An institution must provide, from non- Federal funds, an institutional matching contribution equal to at least 25 percent of the grant amount received (see 34 CFR 648.7).
