Office of Small Business Development Centers Program to Operate and Maintain an Information Clearinghouse: This announcement will require a Lead Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to continue the operation of a National Clearinghouse to provide for the dissemination and exchange of information between SBDC's. The Clearinghouse serves as the central inforational node within the SBDC network and acts as a depository and distribution center for SBDC's, SBA and business-oriented resource contacts for materials,publications. This announcement is national in scope. The application period will be from March 31, 2003 to May 9, 2003. SBA Headquarters must receive applications/proposals by 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the closing date of May 9, 2003.
