- This announcement will require a Lead Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to continue the operation of a National Clearinghouse to provide for the dissemination and exchange of information between SBDC's. The Clearinghouse serves as the central inforational node within the SBDC network and acts as a depository and distribution center for SBDC's, SBA and business-oriented resource contacts for materials,publications. This announcement is national in scope. The application period will be from March 31, 2003 to May 9, 2003. SBA Headquarters must receive applications/proposals by 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the closing date of May 9, 2003. Applicants must submit their applications to the U.S. Small Business Administrations Office of Procurement and Grants Management, 409 3rd Street SW, 5th Floor, Washington, DC 20416.
