Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry, and Tourism: This is NOT a request for applications; this is an announcement that an award has already been designated for ORABIT Inc., for their work on the Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry, and Tourism. As such, ORABIT agrees to: 1. Implement the management plan in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the legislation as described in the approved Management Plan. 2. Conduct public meetings at least annually regarding the implementation of the Management Plan. 3. Coordinate with units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act. 5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
