One Stop Shopping Initiative (OSSI) for NASA Internship/Fellowship Opportunities: Business Management: The NASA Office of Education, Education Programs Integration Division, solicits proposals for the business management task of the One Stop Shopping Initiative (OSSI) for NASA Internship/Fellowship Opportunities. The selected proposer will support a NASA-wide integrated application, selection and placement system for student engagement in STEM research, aerospace education and the space exploration workforce pipeline. Students will visit one website to submit one application for all NASA internship/fellowship opportunities. NASA will seek high performing students from the following institution types: Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI), Predominantly White Institutions (PWI), Predominantly Black Institutions (PBI) including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), and Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCU). The selected proposer will provide programmatic management for the OSSI system and serve as the OSSI Business Management organization. The OSSI Business Management organization works in partnership with the other four strategic partners (OSSI System Administrator, OSSI Broker-Facilitator Corps, NASA Education, and NASA Office of Human Capital Management). NASA Office of Education provides the oversight for the OSSI system. Proposal Submission: Proposers must submit proposals to this announcement via NSPIRES, NASA's electronic proposal submission system located at http://nspires.nasaprs.com.

Proposals will only be accepted from United States (U.S.) not-for-profit education organizations that support post-secondary education and are considered leaders in college and university student enrollment, retention, and workforce development performance with U.S. accredited institutions of higher education. Individual colleges and universities are not eligible to apply, and are not eligible to serve as proposal partners. A proposer selected as the Business Management organization will not be eligible to serve as a Broker-Facilitator Corps organization.
