Operating Herat English Language Resource Centers for English Teachers: PAS Kabul invites all eligible organizations to submit a proposal to operate the two previously established English Language Resource Centers in Herat, Afghanistan for a period of two years. During the two-year period, the center should host a variety of English, computer, and methodology classes for Herat teachers and university students studying with English or English education faculties in Herat. The centers should host a variety of conversation classes for men and women. Over the two year grant period, the centers should transition from being operated by a private organization to being operated by the Government of Afghanistan.
