Grant Description
This modification corrects the contact person for questions regarding the program. Please contact Criss Jackson at (202) 786-9517; or Christine.Jackson1@dhs.gov . $17,100,000 is available for container security projects. This is a limited competition for continued work under existing awards, to the three largest domestic container load centers, the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma, and the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, as indicated by Congressional direction. The Operation Safe Commerce Cooperative Agreement Program will explore commercially viable options to enhance cargo security, including business processes and technology prototypes, which support containerized cargo supply chain security management while facilitating the flow of trade. .
