This work will center on 8 parks, including one prairie park and one park in the underserved Arkansas delta. The public purposes of the project are to: 1) introduce young adults to natural resource 2) allow young adults to actively participate in managing national parks, 3) provide an opportunity to develop work and leadership skills in a challenging outdoor environment, and 4) improve the condition of landscapes and watersheds within parks for public to have a safe experience.
