PASCA 3.0 - Central American Project for Sustaining and Championing the Human Rights Response to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV): The purpose of this Activity is to move Central American countries towards a technically and financially sustainable strategy, to contain the HIV epidemic and fulfill the 90's goals. This Activity will be the cornerstone of USAID's work at the regional level and at the national or above-site level in the five countries where the Regional HIV/AIDS Program has presence and develops specific country activities: El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama as well as regionally (including Belize and Costa Rica) when interventions involve COMISCA and the RCM.
