PRIME - Program for Investment in Micorenterprise Act: Program Announcement PRIME-04-1 U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Financial Assistance Program for Investment in Entrepreneurs- Training and Technical Assistance Program Announcement PRIME-04-1 solicits applications from eligible community based organizations seeking Federal Funding for the purpose of providing training and technical assistance to low-income and very-low income individuals that wish to pursue self employment. Grants awarded will generally require a 50% match.
