Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (PCSRF): NOAA announces the availability of Federal funding, authorized pursuant to Fiscal Year 2016 Public Law(Omnibus and Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2016) , for necessary expenses associated with the restoration of Pacific salmon populations.
