Grant Description: The purpose of this Announcement is to request Letters of Qualifications from non-profit organizations and educational institutions that are interested in partnering with the government via a cooperative agreement to provide administrative/fiscal functions as the Managing Partner (MP) of the Pacific Disaster Center (PDC or Center) in Hawaii. The goal herein is to identify a recipient that will work with the Government and the PDC to stimulate, encourage, and enable the advanced development of PDC into its public and economic potential with particular emphasis on expanding the private opportunities, domestically and internationally, for the public good.
