Competing Continuation ADAP ERF Awards: The following 30 Part B grantees that received FY 2011 ADAP ERF awards are eligible to apply for FY 2012 Competing Continuation ADAP ERF awards: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virgin Islands, Virginia, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. New Competitive ADAP ERF Awards: All 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Territories of the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands are eligible to apply, including grantees eligible for competing continuations.
