Partnership to Strengthen Families: Child Support Enforcement/Temporary Assistance for Needy Families/University Partnership Demonstration Project: The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Support Enforcement, (OCSE), invites applications from State Title IV-D agencies for Fiscal Year (FY) 2009 funding of activities intended to add to the knowledge and promote the objectives of the Child Support Enforcement Program under Section 1115 and Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. These projects would support partnerships among State Child Support Enforcement and TANF agencies and university scholars and researchers for research and data analyses to inform Title IV-D agency policy and program implementation and improve coordination with the Title IV-D agency partners. The modification inserts additional text under Section III.2. Cost Sharing and Matching concerning a requirement of the Budget Justification if applicants intend to meet the matching requirement with in-kind contributions or incentive funds awarded under section 458 of the Social Security Act.
