Peace through Development and Expanded Regional Stability (PEDERS): USAID/West Africa regional Mission desires to implement a program entitled Peace through Development and Expanded Regional Stability (PEDERS) through a Cooperative Agreement. The program aims to improve youth engagement, widen access to credible information sources, and improve local and community governance in four countries (Chad, Niger, Burkina Faso and Mauritania).
