Pension Counseling for Information Program: The Administration on Aging (AoA) announced in the Federal Register on May 26, 2004 that it will hold a competition for grants to support regional projects under the Pension Counseling and Information Program. These grants are to assist individuals in understanding and enforcing their pension rights. The AoA plans to fund up to three (3) regional pension counseling and information grants through this competition. Each project will be funded at a federal share of approximately $150,000 per year for a project period of up to three years, contingent upon the grantee?s performance and the availability of federal funds.
