Performance Outcome Measurement Project 8 (POMP 8): The Administration on Aging (AoA) is announcing a competition for new Performance Outcome Measurement Projects (POMP). POMP grants will be awarded to States for the purpose of pilot-testing statewide performance measurement methodologies; conducting validity tests for current POMP survey instruments; and developing performance measurement toolkits. Grantees who choose to work collaboratively with other grantees will receive technical support.
