Performance Outcome Measurement Project 8 (POMP 8): The Administration on Aging (AoA) is announcing a competition for new Performance Outcome Measurement Projects (POMP). POMP grants will be awarded to States for the purpose of pilot-testing statewide performance measurement methodologies; conducting validity tests for current POMP survey instruments; and developing performance measurement toolkits. Eligible Applicants For the competition under this announcement, eligibility is limited to State Units on Aging (SUAs). Under this competition, SUAs must collaborate with one or more AAA.
